iwet Terms & Conditions and Usage Policy
This page sets out the legal requirements, account registration policies, and rules that players must follow when using the iwet platform.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between every player ("User") who uses the iwet platform and iwet. By accessing and using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue using the services.
1। Definitions
The following terms are used throughout these Terms —
- "Platform" — refers to the iwet website (iwet.im) and all services associated with it.
- "Account" — refers to the personal account that a user registers and uses to access the platform.
- "Services" — refers to all gaming and betting services offered by iwet, including football betting, Live Casino, Slots, and card games.
- "We" — refers to the company that owns and operates the iwet platform, along with all its employees and representatives.
- "Bonus" — refers to reward money, cashback, or other promotional credits given by iwet to players.
2। Eligibility Requirements
Only those who meet the following requirements may access and use the platform —
- You must be 21 years of age or older. (Access by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited by the platform.)
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your country, region, or state.
- You must confirm that you are opening only one personal account. Opening and using multiple accounts by the same person is not permitted.
- You must be able to verify your identity and bank account as genuine.
3। Account Registration and Security
3.1 Personal Information
All personal information provided when opening an account must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. iwet reserves the right to close accounts opened with false information, and may place a hold on any balance in such accounts.
3.2 Account Security Responsibility
Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential and sharing them with anyone is strictly prohibited. You are personally responsible for all gameplay and financial activity carried out through your account. If your account is compromised, you must contact [email protected] immediately.
3.3 One Person, One Account
Each player may hold only one personal account. If multiple accounts from a single individual are found to be abusing bonuses, all those accounts may be closed and any winnings forfeited.
4. Deposit / Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts
The minimum amount per deposit is 10,000 Ks and the minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Requests below these amounts cannot be accepted by the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of the request. However, payment will only be released after identity verification (KYC) is complete, and please be aware that delays may occasionally occur due to technical reasons.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
iwet has the right to verify players' personal information and financial transactions in line with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. During verification, your national ID card, passport, or bank payment reference may be requested.
5. Bonus and Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus on your first deposit is available, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To be eligible to withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount across games.
Example —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Receive bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 20,000 × 10 = 200,000 Ks
- Deposit 620,000 Ks → Receive bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 920,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 300,000 × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks
5.2 VIP Program
iwet has 3 VIP tiers —
- Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week
Tiers are based on your play history, and iwet will notify you when you move up to the next tier.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any account found to be using bonuses to exploit the service may be reviewed, and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Management decisions on such matters are final.
6. Fair Play Policy
All games on the iwet platform use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair outcomes. Players are strictly prohibited from using any software or tools that interfere with game operation. If such activity is detected —
- The account will be closed immediately, and
- Winnings and account balance may be confiscated
- Legal action may be taken
7. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the platform —
- Depositing or withdrawing funds through money laundering or concealed financial channels
- Depositing using another person's funds or bank account
- Renting, selling, or transferring your account to a third party
- Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses
- Using bots or automated software that alter game operation
- Engaging in collusion with another party to cheat
- Attempting to reverse engineer the platform
8. Responsible Gaming Commitment

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, software, game content, and related materials on the iwet platform are protected under iwet's copyright. Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
10. Personal Data Protection
Personal information provided by players will be handled in accordance with iwet's Privacy Policy. It is secured with SSL encryption and will not be sold or transferred to third parties.
11. Account Suspension and Closure
iwet may suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases —
- When a breach of these terms is found
- When suspicious unauthorized access to an account is detected
- When a deposit made through illegal financial channels is detected
- When iwet deems it necessary to protect the platform

12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The iwet platform is provided "as-is" and iwet does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. iwet cannot be held responsible for losses arising from technical faults, server outages, or interruptions to your own internet connection.
Players acknowledge that money can be lost in games and agree that they play by their own decision, therefore iwet cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred.
13. Amendment of Terms
iwet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, an announcement will be made on the platform and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.
